Hint paper

The hint paper is an item in Krampus. It tells the player the objective of the game, and how to complete it.

Description

The hint paper is a huge old piece of paper (presumably a page teared out from a spell book) with subtle dirt stains around it. It contains a drawing of the pentagram with every spell item above each plate. There is an inscription in the middle saying:

"How to catch Krampus:

1.Put all the items on the plates

2.Activate the spell

3.Trap the Krampus

Be careful krampus hears you when you throw things away"

Trivia

• The hint paper is the second largest item in the game, covering half of the player's screen when picked up.
• The hint paper has the same drawing and inscription from behind.
• There is an error in the inscription. On "Be careful krampus hears you when you throw things away", "Krampus" isn't capitalized.
• Originally, the hint paper had a text saying "2 parts" above the incantation. This is a reference to the alpha version, where the player had to collect 2 separate parts of the incantation.
