The skull is a spell item in Krampus. It is one of the five items which can be placed on the pentagram.
Description[]
It's a human skull with missing teeth and a few cracks.
Mechanics[]
Since it's a spell item, it has no known use. It is found in a small underground cave in the basement blocked off by rocks. A pickaxe is needed to cut through the rocks and acquire it. To do so, though, the player must open the gates to the basement with a switch and the gates to the mine where the pickaxe is located.
