A spell item is an item which is used to place on the plates of the pentagram to cast the exorcism spell and send Krampus back to hell. They are also the items to contain the main objective of the game.

The items in this category of items are:
Rat tail - Found in a crack in a wall blocked off by boards, a hatchet is needed to cut them off.
Horseshoe - Found above the exit door in the dining room.
Horn - Found under a shelf in a small room in the hallway.
Skull - Found blocked off by a pile of stones in an underground cave in the basement. A pickaxe is required to cut through.
Incantation - Found on a table behind a door on the top floor which can be unlocked with a silver key.
